Meg Dreyer is a graphic designer, illustrator and photographer. She received her BA from Dartmouth College and attended medical school at Columbia University before choosing a career in art and design, completing her MFA in graphic design at Rhode Island School of Design.

She has worked professionally as a graphic designer for Chermayeff & Geismar and Landor Associates in New York and for the Atlanta Botanical Garden, and has taught graphic design at Berry College in Rome, Georgia. During the academic year 2014–15 she will embark on a US Fulbright grant to do arts research in Turkey.
